I currently have a query set up to pull information from 4 linked tables: Event, Readers, Class and School. The Event table contains a ClassID and a ReaderID. If everything has been assigned properly, there's no problem. If there's no reader assigned to ReaderID I still want the event details to be included in the output. Right now it's not. I'm pretty new to Access so if anyone can help, that'd be great. If you need to be try to explain further, let me know.

You know, I don't even know how to get that out of Access. I can open it up in Design View but that doesn't give me a line of code or anything. yeah, I'm a newbie at using Access. I've always been a PHP/MySQL girl.

Sounds like you need to change the joins on your query between Event table the other tables from Inner to Left Outer.

This will select all records from Events that meet your criteria and put blank fields in where there is no match in the other tables.
