query on nuber of charachters

hello!

How can i make a query with a WHERE expression that counts the number of charachters in a field

I would like to find all the records in a table where the number of charachters in "Field1" is between 250 and 260

suggestions?

Make a new field and use the Len() function in it. Then set the criteria to Between 250 And 260.

NewField: Len(MyField)
