Query Parameters and Multiple Selections

I am trying to develop a report that when the user selects the report from a combobox, the report will prompt for parameter questions and then open. I have a list of counties that I want to be able to query for as well as dates. Is there way to have a box open with the list of counties to choose from (sometimes multiple choices) to complete the query and open the report with only the selected counties and dates?
