I created a DB in Access 2000 with the parameters you originally posted and used the EXACT statement in your last post. It worked fine. I attached the DB here for you to test. If this doesn't work for you, then other problems exist in your Access configuration. Make sure all of your libraries that you reference are present and accounted for. In an open module, select Tools ... References. Make sure that nothing listed has a MISSING by it. Let us know how this works out.
