Hello. I am using an Access Query linked to Excel to do some analysis of data. When I refresh it (and at least 1 other person) the data comes through OK. For 1 person, 1 field is showing data that is NOT in the real actual query results. The field is:
Year/Week: Format([actual finish]-(Weekday([prod date],2)-1),"yyyy",2,2) & "/" & Format(DatePart("ww",[prod date],2,2),"00")
[actual finish] is coming from my data table and is formatted like:
[prod date] is: Prod Date: Format([Actual Finish]-(7/24),"m/d/yyyy")
He is getting some strange values like 2016/53 (which hasn't happened yet) while these fields have the correct values. This particular value came up for February 1, 2016 & Mar 1, 2016. These dates both show up as 2016/05 and 2016/09 for me!
Would the date settings on his PC cause this? Date settings in Microsoft Office? Other ideas?
Both PCs are using WIN7 & Office 2010
