Query Set Up For Unmatched Data

I have two field columns

For example:

Field 1 Field 2
-------- --------
Blue Blue
Red Red
Yellow Black

I need to write a select query that will output any rows where field 1 and field do not match.

How can I write this? does anyone have any suggestions?

In the criteria of field1

<> [field2]

or vice versa
