Query to return ranking of data from table

I am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction here.

I have a table with peoples names in the first column. In the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc columns I have data on them.

I would like to have a query that, when I run it, displays the names and then after the 1st column of data, has a column displaying the rank of that data. Then in the 3rd column, Id like to show the second list of data, with its own rank listed next to it.

Is this possible?

I would like to display some rankings with respect to the data in ascending order, and others descending.

Is there anyone that can assist me here?

Thanks. Im not up to speed with forms etc so just wanted a query based on a table that contained all the data. Ive attached an XLS. The yellow column is what I am hoping to see in the query next to the name and data.
