Query to search for records between 2 dates?

Hi all,

I need a query that will allow me to enter 2 dates and then return all records that fall within those 2 dates. All my records have a date (of an employee absence) so basically if I entered 01/07/2009 and 14/07/2009 it would return records such as 03/07/2009 etc.

Is there an easy way to do this?
