Question regarding Queries

I recently received an assignment. I managed to create a table but now I was wondering can somebody help me out with the queries part 2,3 and 4. I am attaching the screenshot of the table right below the question.

The following sample class list shows the course that three students in different majors have enrolled and the students’ grade. The different data are course, instructor, student and result.

You are asked to perform the following activities

1. Implement the normalized tables using MS-Access.

2. From the tables implemented in answer 1, using MS-Access to develop a query to display student no and name in Accounting major.

3. From the tables implemented in answer 1, using MS-Access to develop a query to display student name who take database course.

4. From the tables implemented in answer 1, using MS-Access to develop a query to show numbers of students who got HD grade.


I created the table but do I need to create 2 different tables for Accounting Major and one with the HD grade in order to query it properly?

See attached database (MS Access 2007). Hope this could help. You're right, you have to add another table for "Major"
