I'd like to explore the possiblity of using a SmartCard to Authenticate my users. I've searched the forums but can't find any related posts. I've also searched MSDN. Does anyone have any idea as to where to start with this? Specifiacally I need to know how to access the card and read the certificate. I'm thinking this will probably have something to do with the filesystemobject but I'd like to know if anyone has done this before I start from scratch.
I currently just use =Environ("Username") and an API call to get the Full Name from the server, I don't remember where I got it, but it's by Dev Ashish (not sure if I spelled it right).
