Quick way to do this??

Hi All

I am working on a database that's not quite finished eventually I will set something up to email a selected record in a report to various members of staff as I have not had time to set this up and I need to send 2 reports out today which I am running out of time. I have tried send to as mail attachment in the file menu then rich text format which is taking all the record in the word doc to the email. There is a section to choose a selection which is greyed out why can't I select here for one record.

Does anyone have a quick fix??

Temporarily change the report's recordsource to a query with an appropriate criterion.
