In times of pain, namliam, consider this thought.

When you think of your sister-in-law, at first there will be pain and sadness. You will naturally think of her as she was in your most recent memory, which is as she was in death. As time passes, you will be able to look back at happier times and appreciate her life for the joyous experience that it was. When you can look back and see her in your memory as she was in life, you will be able to smile again.

So true Doc. It's a shame though that we have to work through the pain of loss before we get to that.

I hope that day comes as painlessly as possible for you Mailman.

My sympathies to you on your loss...some appropriate words...:

The Greatest Art
Henry David Thoreau, the nineteenth century writer, naturalist and philosopher, said: “It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look. . . To affect the quality of the day – that is highest of arts.”
