Random number generation

I have got 3 list boxs on a form.
What i need to happen is when a cmd button is pressed it generates 3 random numbers between 1 and 10 and then uses these numbers to pull out the relevent row in the list boxes. And concatenates the 3 listbox answers in to a text box.

The main problem i am having is the generation of the random number.

Any help is greatly recieved.
