Re-opened form not showing all records in table

A table is being filled from a form.
At the bottom of the form is the record line showing 1 of 10 records.

The form is closed and then reopened later.

This time the record line is showing 1 of 1 records and you can't scroll to previous records. The table continues to be built from this point forward.

Answer - -On the toolbar, under records, a filter has been applied.

Go to Records, and select Remove Filter/Sort

The form now shows 1 of 10 and you can scroll back to see the others.

You may have a persistent filter. Open the form in design view, go to the DATA tab and look for FILTER. Make sure there is nothing in that line.

Also, if nothing is there, how are you opening the form? By code, manually, what?
