Hello, I am sorry for the late response. I was away the weekend and had paper works to finish before some relaxing time. Well I have attached with this post the working module of the Password Box (in mdb format as requested).

Hope it helps, I could not see your application as it was posted in another thread which is moderated. So if you want me to look at it could you please attach another copy.
