Happy Friday everyone!
I got what is hopefully a simple problem:
I have a ton of addresses and contact information that all use the same form letter. However, this database I've inherited sorts its data on different tables per the origin of the data. Example:
Table:
State Organization A
Fields:
Department
Sub-Department
Address1
Address2
City
State
Zip
Name
Rank
Title
And the same for State Organization B, C, D, ...
The original creator also started another table that stores data that also needs to be in the report letter.
Table:
Year-Specific Data
Fields:
Faculty Advisor
Advisor Email
Deadline Month
Deadline Day
Deadline Year
etc..
I see what I was trying to do, but I don't know how to make it happen. He wants the address and such to be drawn from one table but the letter's variables to be drawn from another (Year-Specific Data).
My Problem:
Is it possible to have a report draw all data from one table AND only one record from another table (repeatedly)?
