Question Reading Memo line by line

Hi guys,

I am in the process of creating a food database and basically I need to list ingredients and refrence it to a list of food that is avaliable. My question is, is there a way to list the ingredients as a memo then refrence it to a table that contains all the avaliable items individually?

So basically is there a way to read a memo line by line and querie each line individually?

I would advise you to stay away from MEMO fields.
Have you considered a text file, that could be imported into a table?
