Recommend an SQL forum

Can anybody recommend a SQL forum. I'm moving my back end into SQL Server 2012 and could do with a support forum.

Just think....I won't be bugging you lot anymore !! lol

Be warned that a lot of the SQL forums are aimed at full time professional developers, and can be quite 'brutal' with those of us that would still be considered "Noobs".

And don't ever ask any questions about Cursors

Luckily not me!
For some reason I seemed to grasp T-SQL quite easily, but I have witnessed some interesting "debates" on some of the more esoteric (or not) methods of doing things.

Some of the forum contributors are obviously extremely proficient and very clever, but once they have determined their "correct" way of doing things, you'd better be prepared to accept that they are absolutely right... Or else
