Record automatically deletes from the table

Good day !

I have an Access programme which used for last one year without any issue. However, recently noticed that few issues as follows;

1. Some data delete from the tables Automatically
2. Sometime it is not allow to access the database through the front end and when Database file open, it is required to repair same which authomatically does by access.

Could someone advise what is the reason for this ? In the main table where i have stored data, there are only 100,000+ records and total size of the data base is about 30+ MB.

YES

YES, ALWAYS THERE IS A LAGGING.

could you pls advise the solution to overcome this issue.

Put an individual copy of the front end on everyone's machine. Shared FE's will cause corruption and further issues.

Don't try and use Access over a WAN. if it'a LAN then get some better performance installed. Gigabit switches and network cards are cheap these days.

after seen your reply, i realized that i have miss understood the first question of Galaxiom. actually FE not shared. each user has an individual copy as you suggested. only the BE is shared among all users.

As i know we are using LAN.

pls advise if any solution to solve the case.

Is the BE on a dedicated file server or a PC?
Either way make sure it has suitable resources and is on a good network connection. Any issues with it's connection will cause you problems.

Why do you think your network is lagging?
