Record has been deleted

Hi,
On a database I have I am randomly getting "record has been deleted" when I try to run the database and it wont open. I have to resort to using a back up of it. Anyone any ideas where it could be going wrong and why it's doing it ??? or is there any repair that will let me back into it again to fix ??

I can access the actual table but not the form. It's as though the file is saving currupted. Maybe happens once a fortnight but not certain....it's pretty random.
