Hi members

I frequently use the Record Navigation bar in a form, but as it is quite large, in a narrow form, end part of the bar don't show. Is there a work around it?

How to put a record No on a form that don't have a Rec Navigation bar to indicate it. In a report we can put =1 in a text control but there is no such provision for a form. Again any work around?

All my question is based on Access 02-03. Thanks.

You can put a textbox on a form called txtRecCount
On the current event for the form you can put code to count how many records in the form.
Me.txtRecCount = Me.RecordsetClone.RecordCount

Thanks Jeanette for sharing your brain power but i found that it will only show the total number of records in the form & not the record number that is current which is what i am looking for. Did i get you wrong?
