i have a table with the following fields;
(Reference #) (Description) (Cost)
(1) (ABC) ($34)
(2) (DEF) ($678)
(3) (GHI) ($45)
i have a form for updating these records. In the form i would like to be able to make the "reference #" field a combo box so that when i hit the drop down and select a different reference #, my "description" and "cost" feilds will automatically update to match the new reference #.
ie). if my form is showing Reference # 1, Description ABC, and Cost $34 and i hit the drop down box and select Reference # 3, my description will update to GHI and my cost to $45. Once the fields update i also need to be able to change the cost or description.
