Records disappeareed

Hello guys

I am new to access and I was trying to secure the form not to be edited and added by changing the security and since then the records does not show up on the form, I must have revoked something and do not know how to reverse it. The records are still there on the table but it does not show up on the form.

Properties DATA ENTRY put NO,
all others put YES.
