RecordSET under the YEAR and Month.

i want you to do something on the attached db:

1. on table tblEmployeeSalaries, fill-up MOnthYear field.
2. on table tblDeductionProcedure fill the "Year" field.

because most of your data don't have Date so
it is hard to distinguish which month-year (payroll period) does
each record belongs.

when you are done with the 2 above. post your db.

Hello I want to update my PayRoll system.
In the picture, you can see the RED marked a query like
if tableA data doesn't match with EmployeeID & Month & Year then Insert value is "0"
