i need the query to ignore something if there if it isnt there in a table.
i need to calculate the amount of income, from three different tables, sales, bills and membership fees.
i always have bills and sales, for every month, but sometimes i dont have any membership fees. When i run the query, that i am currently using,it works fine until, i run it for a month when there were no membership fees, in which case it just doesnt show anything.
I dont know much about recordsets but i've been told that they can solve this problem.
If you have any suggestions, i would be very grateful if you can share them with me. Thanks in advance.
