Is there a way to recover a previous version of my access DB. I accidentally deleted information from the DB and need the DB to be restored to the version I saved yesterday.

If the file was stored on your machine, then likely no. If you have it split and stored with the data on a server (or the full file) then you would need to contact your network admin to see about restoring.
