Recovering deleted data

Hi all,

I have deleted certain content from a table. After it I have compressed and repaired the database but later I found out that I need those deleted data. But now they are gone. Is there any possibility to recover it? Are there any tools or something?

I'm sorry, but I think you're out of luck.

One of the functions of compact&repair, is to flush out deleted objects, records etc, and reindexing the database.

Frankly, I don't even know if you could have undeleted records without the compact&repair either, unless Undo worked, though I suppose there might be tools or commercial services that could investigate it. But most of what you see of Access recovery tools/services, is with regards to database corruption, not recovering lost records.

Backups, backups, backups... some don't even allow deletion of records, but use active/deleted flags in the tables in stead.
