Referencing a control on a subform

What is the syntax for referencing a field on a subform?

I know that for forms it is:

Forms![myForm]![myControl]

Would it be something like:

Forms![myForm]!Subforms![mySubform]![myControl]

Anyone who knows how to do this properly, your help is very much appreciated!

Try Forms![FormName]![SubFormName].Form![FieldName or ControlName]

"Forms!" and ".Form!" are literal.
