Ooooooh, boy. Reports. =|
So I've spent some time building a form to add/remove items in a table showing what items on which associates have been trained (skills, internally). It uses two list boxes and an add/remove button to select and display what skills are available and what skills on which an associate has already been trained, and it works BEAUTIFULLY. I'm actually quite pleased with myself
hehe
My problem comes in when I try and display the SAME information in a report form. The query that acts as the record source to populate the "current skills" list box on my form references the current record on the form to see which associate's skill set is being updated. Unfortunately, when I try to reference the report's current record in the same way (changed [forms]![frmSkillsEdit]![AgentID] to [reports]![rptCRASummary]![AgentID]), I get nothing. I'm not getting an input parameter prompt, so I'm assuming that I've referenced the item correctly (I purposely broke the reference a few times just to check), but the list box which populates perfectly on my form remains disturbingly blank on my report.
What gives? =\
The report I'm creating provides a brief summary of each associate's trained skills (along with other personal data) for the whole team. How can I properly reference what I need in order to display my list box's desired contents?
