Refresh Chart

Quick question about refreshing a chart on a form.

I currently have a chart ICCSChart which gets data from a query qryICCS that simply sifts information from tblICCS by [Date] from an unbound field called [Date] on frmMain.

On opening frmMain I would like the chart to update and show that days information, I have tried requery but the previous information from when I created the chart still appeasr.

Is there an option within the chart properties that needs changing or do I have to go about updating in a different way - I have steered clear of Access charts until now. This is in Access 2003.

I've just created a chart in access and had the same problem, I resolved it by using the me.refresh on load of the form with the chart in
