Refresh external form

Hello to All,
I have a db with a form frmPrJList with a subform(subPrjList) with the list of records. From this subform I can enter new records via another form (frmPrjDet). The problem is that if I add a new record in frmPrjDet, the frmPrj List and his subPrjList are not refreshed with the new record.
I tried different way but I am obtaining only errors.
Any suggestion?

This type of thing:

Forms!FormName.Requery
Forms!FormName.SubFormName.Requery

Thanks, now is running. I found also a routine to check if the form is really loaded or not.
