refresh/refreshall

hi i need to update some cells on my spreadsheet through VBA, i can use the refreshall function, but i only want to refresh the query on one paticular sheet how to i reference this paticular query and refresh it? HELP!

I'm not sure what you're asking. You have a datasheet form that you want refreshed or you have a worksheet in Excel and you need a few cells refreshed? I would know how to do the former but I've never played with using access and excel together.
