Refreshing a form

Hi All

I am trying to refresh a form. What I have is a search form so the user can choose any one of the search option listed then on click of the search button I have some code behind here which returns the search results in a report. Everytime I go back to the search form the last entrie(s) can be seen. This should be quite simple to code but I have tried me.form.refresh, me.form.requery but I can't get anything to work.

Can anyone advise where I am going wrong?

Can you put the code

Me.TextBoxName = Null

somewhere like on GotFocus of the form?

I would have thought you could reference the whole form rather than by each individual field name. I did try your suggestion though but that didn't work either. I've tried got focus of form, after insert.

Any ideas as to why it won't work? I have got this to work for me previously but not on this particular form.

Can you not set your combo box value to an empty string on click of the button by including the following within the On Click event:

YourComboName = ""

Well done Graham you have solved my mystery, still can't understand why it wouldn't work the other way though!
