Refreshing the items in a field list

[CTQE]

I created a report using the wizard.
During the setup, it asks for the fields within the table to be repored on.

I've added a new field into my table & now I would like that new field to be in my report.

When I click on the Field List icon on the report, my new field is not there.

How do I get that new field to appear in the list?
