A tab control is just a container to help you display controls on the form.

You will need to create sun forms for each of the related tables. You can then use the tab control and place each sub form on a separate tab.

Hope this helps ...

Thank you very much..I will try to Implement..

You can also just use your fields from the query that is behind your form. For example, if you have 15....20 fields.. this may look rather crowded all on one form. You can place your fields on different tabs. It is not a requirement to create subforms.

A Tabbed Control is a great little device. There are just a couple of things you need to know to use them successfully.

Create a form in Design View if you haven't already done so. Goto the toolbox and click on the Tabbed Control icon; it actually looks like several manila file folders. Place it on your form and adjust the size to your liking. If you need more than the two tabbed pages it initially gives you, click on the tabbed control to select it. Goto Insert and click on Tabbed Control Page and another tabbed page will be added. Do this as many times as necessary.

This is the really important part: when you go to add a control (such as a Subform) to a tabbed page, you must first click to select one of the individual pages, then add the control. Otherwise, the control will be added to the form itself, and will show thru on all tabbed pages! If you have, indeed, selected an individual tabbed page, when you click on the control to be added and drag it over to the page, the middle of the page will turn black! You can now drop the control on the page. If you drag the control over the tabbed page and it doesn’t turn black, you’ve accidentally selected the entire Tabbed Control instead of an individual page, and must start all over again.

Good luck!
