I need to know how to convert any Regional Date Format to hebrew Regional Date Format in excel cell .

Well, it's a good thing you posted an Excel formatting question in the Access Modules & VBA forum.

To change the format, select the cell, go to Format -> Cells, select Date format, and change the Locale to Hebrew.
