Relational User Form on Access 2010?

Hi guys,
Need a bit of help with a user form I'm trying to make for a database.
I've attached the database file with my attempt at the file too.
Not sure why, but it doesn't seem to allow me to update any data.
I've attached a few screens of what my eventual form will look like (spread over two pages) but I was trying to test adding data before I started to make it look nice, but couldn't get that far.

Is my design possible? If not, any suggestions??

Your query in the form is wrong, it can't be added anything.

Hey, I used the create form wizard, is there another way I should do it?

Make first a query there can be updated, then you can insert it in the form's RecordSource.
