Relationships in Database

I'm having a little bit of trouble with my customer complaints database. This error message keeps coming up when I try to enter a complaint in any of the related tables:

It was allowing me to enter complaints before, but now it doesn't work for some reason. Is there a problem with the relationship structure?

Can you upload your Database so I can have a look?

Your relationship between Manufacturers and Products also appears to be the wrong way around...

That looks like there are normalization issues all over the place, but nothing too messy at the very least. ID's are stored where they don't need to be. Like the store ID in the product table, unless you mean for the product to be associated with the store, in which case you don't need the store associated with the complaint. etc...
