Remove password from an access database

I want to edit my old database but it has password, so how can i remove it? i mean password to login.

1. Open Access.
2. In the File | Open dialog, select the file and choose 'Open Exclusive' (see attachment).
3. Enter the password. You do know the password, right?
4. Choose menu Tools | Security | Unset Database Password and follow further instructions.

hmm. done that. but have to do little google from the net as i am using excel 2007. do not know where that tools menu went thats y i need to google. anyway thanks
