In my Bibby DB, I have table lookups in one table.
At the time of creating them, I did not know better, but I do understand how they work.

In a thread on another forum, I was trying to explain that just having the FKs in a junction table, you still get to see the descriptive element of the data, not the FK itself.

With that in mind, I was going to take a copy of my table that has all the lookups, called Links, and change it to no table lookups.

However to do that, it appears that you have to actually delete the field, and of course then the data.?
That is described here

Now if I was still working on this DB (but I am not) I would probably have to make a copy of the table, create a new table without the lookups and then append the old data to the new table and just end up with the keys.

I am not going to do that, just for an example, but is that the only way?
I was hoping I could just remove every element of the Lookup tab's properties and that would get rid of the lookups, but Access complains when I remove certain properties.?

Never mind,
I found changing it to Textbox, removes all the other properties. :(
