Remove the Type a question for help

I am using Access 2010 and wonder if there is any way to remove this feature.
I tried the old

Application.CommandBars.DisableAskAQuestionDropdow n = True

with no success.

I'm not familiar with that particular CommandBar. However, have you tried to manually delete it with File>>Option>>Customize Ribbon>>Customize the Ribbon (on the right of (column) the screen)>>Find and remove the subject feature).

I've programmatically built A2003 custom menus, but not in later versions. In the prior versions, I had a table to memu/submenu commands.
