removing navigation buttons

Hi, when I remove the navigation buttons in my form, there is still a border along the bottom and right edges. Any way to remove this?

Set the Scroll Bars property of the Form to Neither

sometimes I've had these borders to make room for scroll bars. It seems like Access wants to anticapate the scrolll bars and leaves room on the form for them.

turning scroll bars off sometimes helps. Don't ask why......
