ive spent hours trying to complete a task that seems like it should be simple. Does anyone know how to remove the Total and Grand Total rows from an Access 2003 Pivot Table. These rows were created automatically, and I can't figure out how to hide or remove them.

Removing Totals from Pivot Table

Hi,

I've been trying to get rid of totals also.

Just move all the fields that you have in the rows column into the data section - all totals disappear !

Hello everyone

Reviving this thread, this has been an issue for me as well.

Moving all items as explained above does not work as it kills the purpose of having a Pivot Table.

Let us know if any other way to remove the Grand Total Column.

See picture of my example... having a Grand Total there is a waste of space as I only need to see yearly Turn Over.

Thanks!
