reordering table

Hi. I have a table and I would like to reorder the last name column alphabeticaly (all my forms come up in the order they are listed in the table). How can I do this and not mess up any of my relationships, or anything else for that matter. Many thanks, Tim

Reorder

First, make sure the form gets the data using a query, which is a good
practice in general.
In the Query Grid go to the Lastname field and in the Sort Field select: Ascending.
That's it.

Or, in the form select the field, right click, and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
That way you can sort any field.
