Repeating Data on a Report

I have produced a report which shows the payment record for a ski instructor for weeks worked in a season. The main report is based on a query comprising table tblInstructorDetails and tblPaymentHistory. It has a sub-report which is based on a similar query. It all works fine except for some reason it creates two identical pages in the report for no apparent reason.

Any ideas?

I have tried moving labels etc. from report headers to page headers with no success.
