Report Address Format

have set up a header in a report to pick up address details from a query.

The formula I have written works fine for all but one field: Job Title.
The only field that may contain null values.

If job Title is in use then the report works fine i.e

Mr Joe Bloggs
Company Director
Access Ltd
12 Joe Street
etc

what I need is to say when field Job Title is null then pick up next address line i.e

Mr Joe Bloggs
Access Ltd
12 Joe Street
etc

Formula I have written is:

IIf([SAD_ADDRESS1]<>"",Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [SAD_ADDRESS1],"")

SAD_ADDRESS1 = Job Title Field
