Report asking for tons of Parameters!

I have a report that is supposed to ask me for CustomerID. It asks that, then it asks for parameter on almost every field on the report. I've checked the way the data is set up in the table and can't find a reason for it. Any idea how I can fix this? The report has a ton of data. Could this be causing the issue?

This can happen if you have recently renamed or spelt your field name(s) wrong in your query/table or report so you might want to double check that.
