Report Authentication

I have a report that will be viewed within the application that needs to be "signed-off" by three authorities who are certifiying to the authenticity of the data. I would appreciate any ideas about how to accomplish this objective.

Create the 'report' as a form then put checkboxes, command buttons, etc.. at the bottom of the form for approval. You could then use event procedures on the comment buttons to record that someone 'approved' the report. This assumes you already have userid information available.
