I would like to push a command button in the form (one particular customer's data) and bring up a report that shows only that customer's info. Can I do this? Please use fairly simple language. I used to deal with Access all the time, but it's been about five or six years!!!! Thanks!

DoCmd.OpenReport "Report Name", acviewPreview, , "[Primary Key]=Forms!CustomerForm![Primary Key]

The acviewPreview opens the report in preview mode. If you want it to automatically print then leave that argument blank.

What is the language used in a query to make the report pop up with the question "Which Customer ID?" And when you type in the ID number, it pulls up the report with particular information on that ID?
Thanks!

In the criteria box under the CustomerID field you would put -

Like [Which Customer ID?]

Then the report would print only the report for this ID

You don't need the Like operator, just [Enter Cust ID] as the criteria
