Report column count less than table

I have a table with 25 columns, tried the "highlight/select table" then click report. I get a report that is about 10 columns shorts. Any idea why this happens. Need the report because I am going from report to excel via macro and the column sum in the footer translates nicely to excel that way. (still don't konw why my cell text is light gray either)
 
Access report wizard will shrink the fields and may cut off. I'm not sure if 25 is the max or not but you will need to modify your report design manually and add the missing fields.
